Your name and address is required to ship you product, process payment, send samples and other news related to La Regale.

La Regale does not provide your personal information to anyone. It is used only for the purpose intended, which is to fulfill your order or send you information regarding La Regale.

Payment

La Regale accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you have filled your cart with the essential clutch, then proceed to check out. Your comfort level with this process is our highest priority.

Your payment is processed through a secured server — Secure Socket Layer (SSL) uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level available. The encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is being transmitted over the Internet.

Shipping

All orders are subject to availability. If the item is not in stock, we will e-mail you with the expected ship date. La Regale aims to process orders as quickly as possible. In the event of a delay we will advise you.

• Courier Fedex makes all shipments via ground service. All shipments depart from our Fullerton, CA warehouse. You may request express shipment.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to New York and New Jersey is subject to sales tax. The tax is calculated automatically during the checkout process when the order is placed.

Order Changes/Cancellations

All orders placed through La Regale are considered confirmed once you complete the checkout process.

Returns

We are confident you will be pleased with your new purchase. However, should you wish to return any item(s), you will need to contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We strongly recommend that you ship us your return via Fedex or another traceable method, we are not responsible for any lost returns if it cannot be shown that we received the package.

Regardless of the reason for your return, you will need to return the item in original saleable condition. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will refund you the purchase price less a $5.00 restocking fee and less shipping costs.
